Our Process:

1. Discovery Call

We discuss the current bookkeeping problems, processes, and accounts. We try to get a clear understanding of what's expected. 

2. The Proposal

A Proposal and Engagement Letter is prepared, outlining the pricing, timeline, inclusions, and exclusions.

3. Kick off meeting

This is where we discuss the details, such as a point of contact for questions, System setup, transfer of documents, monthly statements and more, if necessary.
